| The principals of Generation I, has cultivated an outstanding reputation. The majority of our business are referral based and by the word of mouth, which is a testimony to consistency, attention to detail and quality of our workmanship. The company was formed to provide general construction and remodeling services. Generation I, is licensed by the NYC Department of Buildings, NYC Department of Consumer Affairs and New Jersey State Attorney General Department of Consumer Affairs. We have been involved in commercial and residential construction since 1991. We take pride in the fact all jobs have been completed on time, in a safe and professional manner. Generation I, has an ongoing safety program that includes random drug screening and background screening of our employees. We conduct weekly meetings to cover issues related to job site and individual safety awareness. In addition to safety awareness, management takes this opportunity to keep our field personnel informed in matters concerning updated construction schedules and other issues regarding active projects. Open communication and teamwork between management and field personnel plays a significant role in our success. All work will receive the owners personal attention. We will provide job site management, construction scheduling, continuous communication with home owner, architect or building management.
